The employee I spoke to on the phone today was extremely rude and condescending from the get go. Cut me off while I was thinking out loud about what height I would need and said he just needed the height and he didn't understand why people ramble on and on. I misspoke and said square footage instead of linear footage and he snapped at me and went into a rant about the difference until I had to ask him to stop and continue the conversation. A&J Fencing Rocks!! Last Friday Scott, Sales Manager, had his team of Elmer, Alfredo and Francisco tore down and replace a 68' length of fence with elevation change. They were incredibly efficient; every trip to/from the job site to their truck they carried new material in and the old fence with waste pieces out, finished fence was straight, very sturdy and the job site was clean. We are very happy with our classic "good neighbor" style fence. A&J replaced a 10 year old fence done by a different company...and did a better job than the last company. (I.e. deeper posts, & more concrete used than on the previous one). Vanessa, Scott, & Elias were all easy to work with & very polite. Prices were competitive/ market rate. Thanks again!
We had our entire fence and gate replaced in June this year by A&J. We were really happy with the initial results and the work was done in a timely manner. However, about a month, the gate door settled and was difficult to open as it was rubbing against the poured concrete. We contacted A&J to get it fixed and they sent someone out. As seen in the photos, the fence is not aligned at the gate and the hinge seemed to be bent. As pictured, the wood is also splitting a lot already. Great experience with A&J and highly recommended! The foreman was Luis and Eduardo the estimator. I got 4 quotes and A&J was in the middle but I chose A&J because all the A&J fences I saw looked good, even the older fences, and Eduardo answered my questions and gave options. The install was completed by a hard working and respectful crew. The crews attention to detail really shows: all pieces were custom cut and tightly fit, nearly every piece is plumb or square, and the lattice aligns for the entire fence even with the grad... read more
