I’ve been coming here for years. Early on, the service was fantastic. Timely, affordable, and great work. The last few months, when I have come to get things done, it’s been the opposite. This business lost my work uniform for a week. Another time, I paid for an alteration, and clean/press. The clothes were altered, but not cleaned/pressed. On top of that, the prices have gone up exponentially. I’ve been coming here for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have helped me through every wardrobe need imaginable—from daily wear to the most important formal events. They treated my tuxedo with such care, and the fit was incredible. They are always friendly, honest about what can be done, and their dry cleaning is consistently excellent. Truly a master of the craft!
Very beautiful shop and friendly people!! Got my dress tailored here for about $100. Sizing down waist and took some fabric off the shoulders so the neck line wouldnt hang low. I think it was a little more then I wanted to pay but I dont know what to expect. Fits well now! I do wish I had looked at the back of the dress to make sure it laid right so dont make that mistake!
I love this place. They are amazing people. They stayed open an hour and a half late because I had a wedding to get to and couldn’t pick up my dry cleaning till 4 on a Saturday I don’t know many companies that would do that and they handled my stuff with care. I am grateful and I highly recommend this place. They do an excellent job and they’re outstanding people.
