Great shop, honest employees. I've taken 3 different cars and had great experiences each time, would highly reccomend them over any other chain shop.
Call to speak with a gentleman about a car they had done a Remove and replace on a used transmission. The gentleman seemed to be very unwilling to want to speak on the phone and was in a rush to get off the phone almost hanging up while I was speaking instead of assisting me over the phone to answer just a couple questions. When I told him of an issue he simply brushed it off and said you must have ran over a curb or something when that didn't happen as well as a missing bolt that was broken off in the trans wouldn't be caus... read more
