Call to speak with a gentleman about a car they had done a Remove and replace on a used transmission. The gentleman seemed to be very unwilling to want to speak on the phone and was in a rush to get off the phone almost hanging up while I was speaking instead of assisting me over the phone to answer just a couple questions.
