We are RV traveling and our A-iPower generator quit working. I called support and Alfred is really a big help he even called around and found a shop to work on it. He is shipping the parts to the shop. Will update when it's all resolved. Thank you so very much Alfred. This is the updated list. Alfred &Maria were both great they sent the head assembly to the show I had to pay for shipping and the shop called today and it's ready. Thanks from a satisfied customer.

Bought a propane powered generator from them. Arrived defective but they will not accept return. Also ignoring repeated emails for over a month trying to get any help. Reporting to the CA. attorney general.

I recently needed a replacement LPG hose for my dual fuel generator. I spoke with Tristen who looked after everything quickly and professionally. The parts arrived without issue. Great customer service, Thank you Tristen.

I really enjoy my generators. Recently, discovered the red parallel cable plugs stuck in the generator preventing operation in parallel. Called the company and talked with Tristen and he was most helpful! He coached me through the issue and how to resolve the problem. He sent me replacement cables and I’m good to go. Thanks for your efficient and professional help, Tristen!
