Having had my A&I roof on new construction since 2001 with no issues whatsoever, they had already built necessary trust. My initial contact was cordial and professional, the estimator came in a timely manner, and removal/installation of the new roof was efficient with good communication throughout the process. Although their cost estimate was very fair, the benefit-cost ratio would've been met had they quoted me even more for the job.
