They let an older man who doesn't know how to cut hair cut my hair. After the cut I looked like I was wearing a hat. They sent a lady to fix it, who was then trying to convince me every hair dresser cuts differently. Ive been cutting hair all my life and they're trying to tell me it's my problem. Charged full price, and I'm going to an event with a chewed up haircut.
I would give 0 star if I could. Everywhere I go I request for number 3 short and they all know it when they cut so I requested the number here. But these people do not understand anything , they cut down everything to number 3 including my front hair. When I realized it, it was too late..
I have been there twice and I always liked my experience over there. One thing I noticed in Canada, I was like you have to be very much clear with your requirement. It will be better if you have your picture about the hairstyle you want on yourself and also ask whether it suits you or not everything you know explain have a conversation with your stylist and go for it but if you go randomly and say something, it may not be the same what you expect.
After showing The lady a picture of the style I like, she got it quickly and delivered! Very happy about the results. Price is for cash only, 15% more if paying by cards.
I didn't like my experience. Was given a partial wet haircut from a spray bottle .. my hair ended up into a partial mullet and bangs were super uneven. I don't recommend this place .. they're supposed to offer a hair wash and a dry and I got neither of those done or offered and it was raining outside. Don't recommend
