After a water leak was discovered behind my drywall (and the cause occurred during construction of the house two years ago with someone driving a 2"decking screw thru the hot water line) Roberto arrived to begin the remediation procedure. Thomas was great to work with very thorough and was quick to assist with any questions we had during the process. Roberto handled the water mitigation and was very prompt. It’s clear their team really cares.
Overall work-related service was great.... Only concern was inter-company communication and communication with the client was not satisfactory.
