The doctor is really good! But the billing is terrible! I took my child to the emergency room this year, but why didn’t they send my bill to my insurance company? My insurance company didn’t receive my bill. But the hospital sent the bill directly to me! It was the same last year!
Nemours is a very convenient and accessible hospital. It’s a beautiful facility and we have had great experiences there.
Provider was wonderful but we waited over and hour past our appointment time to start the visit
