I haven’t had any complaints from this place until I tried scheduling an appointment for my newborn because I’m concerned of her spit ups after every feeding. I’ve done all of the feeding her upright, switching formulas, burping in between oz you name it, so my message to the doctor still hasn’t been responded to and when I tried requesting for an appointment because our insurance was still pending they refused to schedule her to be seen. Why is it okay for a NEWBORN to be rejected of medical care because of insurance?
Wonderful hospital wonderful doctors wonderful practices, but there’s one thing that irritates me. Whenever one of my children has an appointment, I have to endure over a week long of daily text messages, reminders in my email, notifications that there’s messages and reminders in the app waiting for me just for one appointment. Honestly I’ve been to the hospital twice for major surgeries with each of my kids. And I’m very impressed with their surgeons as well as the level of care they provide.
