Trent came and gave me a quote to install a dog door. I was a bit uncomfortable out of the gate as he required 50% up front (to "protect my business" he said). I've had a lot of work done on homes and that was new to me, but he came recommended from someone else I trusted so I went with it. In addition to the 50% up front, he asks you to buy (or pay him to buy) materials up front as well. To whom it may concern: Mr. ***** contacted me for a quote to install a dog door. I scheduled a visit, and went to his house. He had multiple projects. I only offer 1 free quote per client, Mr. ***** requested multiple quotes, against my better judgement, I obliged him. While at his house, I explained my 10 day quote time limit, and my 50% labor, and material deposit, which he agreed to. I sent his quotes, and had some back and forth about the dog door. Trent repaired the trim around a window on the outside and repaired the drywall/finish on the inside where it had gotten damp. The results were professional and completed in a timely manner. I will utilize his services in the future. Very pleased.
