Worked with Loretta for years and the communication has always been an issue. She has to be asked to send pictures multiple times. Doesn’t communicate any fixes. And says she has too many properties to even communicate major fixes. It is totally unprofessional especially after giving her years of business with multiple homes. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Loretta Thomas and Bertha Cranford have always been such a joy to work with. They are professional and helpful every single time I call them and go out of their way to bridge any gap to help get a deal put together. Loretta is one of the few Brokers that you can just call up and she will answer and then go out of her way to do anything she can to help you or your client. She has always been this way with me and I wanted to publicly thank her for always being so professional and easy to work with!
