They are professional and helpful every single time I call them and go out of their way to bridge any gap to help get a deal put together. Loretta is one of the few Brokers that you can just call up and she will answer and then go out of her way to do anything she can to help you or your client. I had a great experience with Leslie McNary. I had a rental property I wanted to sell. Leslie sent it out to her investors and had it under contract in 2 days. Her communication and responsiveness was excellent throughout the process. This was a low priced property and as such her commission was modest. Ok so I just moved in 2/28/2025 and the owner has been nice until recently because of all the problems the house has. Loretta does not respond so lately I just make maintenance request. Ok so this house was renovated probably by crackheads! I have a tarp on my roof because it has leaks, I have no Ac, one of the toilets leaks very badly. I have no cabinets in the kitchen I have no vents in the bathroom (welcome all mold!) I have no towel racks in the bathrooms.
