Technicians that came to my house were very nice however they misdiagnosed the issue with my ac unit. I called 3 times over the next month to attempt to get an estimate for repairs however either didn’t get a call back or was told they were waiting for the supply house once. I ended up getting a different hvac company to come out and they got my unit up and running immediately. I was the sent a 179$ bill for the initial call even though a month later I still wasn’t provided with an estimate for the repairs they recommended. ... read more
Awful service. We’ve been a customer for 7 years and have always paid in a timely manner. The service since Hohman acquired Hilltop has been awful. Billing is inconsistent. They stopped writing the amount on the delivery slips, sent mailed statements every once in awhile (not consistently every month), and then decided to just send an email with no mailed statement, which wasn’t seen since I never received invoices in emailed form before that.
