Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
like the coffee - but I will not order from them again. UPS said they delivered 170 worth of beans to my door - but they didn't and the great customer service that everyone keeps raving about is bs. I got the "sorry, we can't help because UPS said they delivered the package" So I am just out 170. Guess I will just take my order to some other "customer friendly" place. HIll of beans should think about having ups get a signature upon delivery UNLESS the customer specifically asks them not too.

We take our relationships with our customers very seriously, and I offered to replace the order with an additional discount to offset at least a small portion of the expense of the theft. Very friendly staff. Not only do they sell some of the most unique flavors but the coffee taste divine as well. My husband and I live out of state, but always make it a point to stop here when we are in town.
