I had been in contact for almost a week about renting a water slide for a party. And about 3 days before the party lost all contact with this company. I tried multiple ways to get in contact with them sending multiple messages and called about getting the slide delivered and never heard anything at all back so we were left with no slide for the party from them. I don’t not recommended this company at all!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!
I'm not sure if they just have more than enough business and didn't need MY business but it took over two days for me to get someone on the phone and when I finally did I mentioned that I had left a voicemail two days prior but the gentleman I spoke to didn't seem as though he cared. During our conversation he seemed to care less or at least I felt as though I was bothering him!
