I just came out this weekend after totaling my car. I was able to test drive and buy a NEW Honda THE SAME DAY!!!! I was still awaiting my insurance check and the Sales staff and management were more than accommodating! Finance dept had me in and out in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
On 1-24-15 I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from salesman Neil Lindout of Hidy Honda, 2300 Heller Drive, Beavercreek, OH 45434. One week later, Germain Honda of Dublin, 6715 Sawmill Road, Dublin, OH 43017 purchased Hidy. I have three issues with the car. An oil pan leak, a worn and torn driver’s door seal and incorrect mileage noted on the Retail Buyers Order. Oil pan leak. Parts department closed while looking up parts for me. They had the parts in stock but I guess the only person in the entire store capable of taking my money left for the day while I was there. Worst dealer parts experience ever, and I didn't have high hopes going in.
