This is such a helpful and fabulous business with wonderful, educated, and trustful staff. I hired them over a year ago to help with my grandma and her life has been so much better ever since. Thank you helping hand!
These girls don't seem to be able to make a plan and stick to it. They change their minds about what they will help you with and don't tell you. I didn't get to my mobility apt and it wasn't rescheduled. She told me someone would take my garbage can to the curb but in 3 weeks still had not done it. When I tried to call after a month of not hearing from anyone the girls refused to let me talk to Pete. No one ever called or came back after I paid them. Live and learn!
I personal know the owner of A Helping Hand, I want all to know that this is just not a business for him. thae passion he has is so breath taking you just don't find it in to many places any more. I find that Mr. Messimore and A Helping Hand has the most up to date services that are required for all ages of people. The way Mr. Messimore and his staff follows through from the first call from a potential client until he places some one in the home to provide care. I have found that Mr. Messimore and his staff stive to match a client and care provider so they can have a long term releationship unlike some of the agencies who just send who they have available at the time.
