Careless and unorganized agency and the caregivers. They care only old people’s money and not for them. Here where neglected one sweet lady for a few times, they new about and they did nothing.I also experienced with a few agencies and A Helping Hands pay less to the caregivers then any other agency. Please be careful when you’re looking for care for your loved one.
A Helping Hand has been phenomenal! They have been providing care for my mother-in-law (who has Alzheimers) for over two years. Because of these services she has been able to stay home and stay safe during this pandemic. I want to thank them for all they have done for her and our family. I would highly recommend!

Always very good caring people, on time and cordial. These people are balanced, mature and have common sense. Always make my hospital visit much better.
