I dont recommend renting from them. We rented a house from them and there was so many problems as soon as we moved in. The house was messy and nothing worked. There was so many safety hazards and we only lived there for a month.
I've rented from them 2 years and no problems. It's amazing how people that get evicted because of not paying rent or having multiple pets when they are not supposed to will post negative things.
I went there in hopes of getting a home. Everything was good until. They got some kinda. Info they didn't like. Why. I got no clue I've never been in trouble with law or any evictions in my life. But. She called and said I didn't me. Managers. Expectins. Good treatment. Until your credit comes back bad. Then your trash to them. Nothing more said from her. I ask why. I got denied. Her response was. Well. I don't know. & it don't matter. But no. I can't rent. From them
