James and his crew were referred by my home warranty company when we had a stoppage issue, and after trying to auger it became apparent that the main drain line had collapsed. Paid them to do a job and they decided to spend over 10 hours in Joplin instead of getting our ac fixed. They were hostile, rude, and baligerant toward me. The worst service ever. And they still have yet to come fix our unit.

James Reiff installed a central heating and air conditioning system in my mother's house. I currently live out of state, and James professionally managed the entire project with just a few phone calls. My mother is very pleased with his service.
