Heating and Cooling Outlet was highly recommended when I put out a Facebook post asking where people like to call when in need of a part. I needed a limit switch for my furnace, when I called and he knew exactly what was up due to actually seeing my post on Facebook! Keith the owner knows his craft brought in a part and within 2 minutes he came to the counter with the exact match…. I’m so glad I called him everyone else told me I’d have to replace the whole motor when all it needed was a 3.5 inch fan and thank goodness he had it in stock…..great guy Keith and I’m glad to have spent my money at a small American owned business….. thank you so much Keith my furnace is up and running after I installed the part as you instructed me to… can’t thank you enough for the great service and help
