Heating and Cooling Outlet was highly recommended when I put out a Facebook post asking where people like to call when in need of a part. I needed a limit switch for my furnace, when I called and he knew exactly what was up due to actually seeing my post on Facebook! He said he already had the part number from the post and was currently making sure it was in stock, before I even called!! He got the part waiting ready at the counter for me. Keith the owner knows his craft brought in a part and within 2 minutes he came to the counter with the exact match…. I’m so glad I called him everyone else told me I’d have to replace the whole motor when all it needed was a 3.5 inch fan and thank goodness he had it in stock…..great guy Keith and I’m glad to have spent my money at a small American owned business….. thank you so much Keith my furnace is up and running after I installed the part as you instructed me to… can’t thank you enough for the great service and help

I am so glad I found this place. Most HVAC won't even talk to non HVAC people. The owner is honest and more interested in being fair and honest than trying to get a huge profit. I recommend you try to use them over the Internet when you can. Just for an idea, HVAC company quoted 1100 to fix my furnace. One used 80 dollar part and I'm up and running. The 80 dollar part goes for a 110 used on eBay...
