I contacted A+Heat & Air and they immediately responded to me. They came out promptly to service my air conditioner. What really impressed me was they asked questions before coming and they listened. I guess based on what I described they were able to diagnose the problem. So they came prepared with the part that was needed and quickly made the repair. Boy, do they live up to their business name A+. I definitely give your business an A+. Thank you for your excellent service.

My ac started having issues last week. I reached out to my home warranty company on a Friday around 5pm and they advised that A+ could be there on a Monday. I communicated with A+ before they came and they were able to bring the part with them and I had air again that Monday! Excellent communication and excellent service! Will be a returning customer if needed and highly recommend!
This company is extremely shady. I wish our home owners insurance (Cinch) would cancel the contract with this company. If you can opt out of using A+, do yourself a favor and use someone else. If your looking for quality and professionalism, THIS IS NOT IT!. All you get is a bunch of double talk with these guys. Beware!!!!! No doubt, there will probably be some kind of rebuttal from A+ to save face. Just remember, you have been warned.
