I loved the experience, starting with the adorable fluffy greeter! I had never tried zero gravity float therapy and really appreciated how everything was explained. The float therapy was peaceful and relaxing. Unlike anything I've experienced. It helped my sore muscles tremendously. I'd love to do it again!

Went for the first time on 08/01. Did the zero gravity float therapy, was a great experience. Will be going back again at the end of the month for the zero gravity followed by a massage.

Healing Trails is an amazing atmosphere or calm, relaxation, and happiness. Even walking in to the building just makes you feel good. Becky Thompson, massage therapist, is truly exceptional. It's rare I ever fell asleep during a massage before I started working with her. She provides me a level of calm that makes me truly let go. Love this place!
I've been going to A Healing Trail since they were located in Torrington. The therapists are amazing, the atmosphere is so clean and inviting and the massages are the best "me" time! Franci and staff are truly wonderful at what they do and I highly recommend!
