Just finished the Zero Gravity float followed by a deep tissue massage by Denise and I can't recommend this place enough! It was the ultimate in relaxation and relief. Perfect afternoon!
I cannot say enough good things about Christy & A Healing Trail. I've been twice now, and Oh. My. Gosh! I feel amazing! Back pain and leg swelling majorly reduced and I just feel all over great!!

I went to Lisa Falkner for a prenatal massage and she is amazing! Best massage I've ever had and I felt so safe/secure as she was clearly extremely knowledgeable/experienced with prenatal massage. She went above and beyond with me today - working on me physically but also providing me with some tips/insight on how I might encourage this baby at 36 weeks into a better head down position. Lisa - you are amazing and thank you for everything!!
