RecommendedMy first visit to A Healing Soul was really nice. Last minute I signed up for Lisa Alpert Gniady's yoga and gong bath, even tho I hesitated thinking a 3-hour class would be too long, but I enjoyed it, the class was unhurried but structured and the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet Susan, and I will definitely return.
If you need healing fast, Susan is the one to see! I had weird, subconscious fears since I was a pre-teen. One day, I started getting jumpy - like I was anticipating that something or someone would scare me. It was difficult to go into basements and rooms with a closed door. (Mind you, my life was in transition, I was finishing a Master’s degree... in psychology no less!) I was stressed and anxious.
