Scammed out of $100...
If there were an option to pick zero stars, I would. I have never been given service so bad that I felt the need to write a review. The manager does not take calls from customers. The doctor is never on site and is not even an M.D. Every appointment that I have made has been canceled on. I have been here five times for one certification and never received service. I asked for a refund and the manager refused. I am walking away with wastes time and money. This establishment steals money from you. Avoid at all costs.
Do not go here. It is a huge waste of your time and money. The people there do not hardly ever answer the phone. I was told five separate days that I would be called back the next morning to schedule me an appointment, and they never called me back. The doctor was unable to draw simple conclusions from my medical file. The doctor was out for most of the week and no one in the office even knew it. I doubt they have the competence to actually issue the refund I requested.
