Have had counseling several times in the last 30 years and it never helped me heal or get out of the never ending self sabotage cycle. Lauren, my counselor at "A Healing Center", was wonderful! After a few months of seeing her, I am happy, hopeful, healed and feel so much better about myself, my past and who I am. She really helped me. I highly recommend her and must say the EMDR technique worked wonders as well! Thank you so much Lauren for helping me see who I really am.:)
