I feel I got bait and switched. I inquired on 1 car and asked for videos of the car. Got videos asked if it had heated seats and said, "Yes, fully- loaded." Nothing else was said that the car I inquired on had been sold, and this car was a plain jane model. They ship it to me, I start looking at the car, and it's not fully loaded.
