I cannot speak for their qualty of work in the HVAC department but I will say that they are severely lacking in the plumbing department. No attention to detail or consideration of the owners wishes. It felt like the goal was to get everything thrown together as quickly as possible. I made the mistake of paying prior to being satisfied with my service. We purchased a new Carrier HVAC unit in April of 2024. I waited to write a review to see how the unit performed over a year. The unit has performed well in cooling and heating our home. When our old unit failed, my priorities centered on technical knowledge, quality, installation, and service of product. Bill showed up on time to evaluate our situation, sold us a unit that fit our situation, and scheduled installation. Update, August 15,.2025 Our AC is 13 months old. As is our luck, we had an issue with the compressor. A & H completely honored our warranty, ordered the new compressor, promised it for 6 days out, then called to say it came in earlier than expected and scheduled us for the next morning early. All the technicians who have been here have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly, got the work done efficiently, and during the "diagnosis" process, tried several things that ended up proving it was indeed the compressor. Company came highly recommended by a friend. I can see why. Bill's level of knowledge about the field is extensive and he provided good guidance about what would be best for my home's needs. Equipment ordered quickly, and installation went smoothly. I got two bids on replacement HVAC, and Bill's pricing was fair. Definitely recommend this company.

Our home’s central air started acting up around 9 pm yesterday, July 21st. The weather the past few weeks has been brutally hot, so we obviously were very anxious to get it repaired ASAP. We had dealt with A and H previously, with good results, so we contacted them bright and early this morning.
