Had them install a new condenser & evaporator in my home recently that’s had nothing but problems since and they have charged me every time it’s needed fixed even though it’s supposed to be covered by their warranty they offered. I’ve been told the regular experienced technician who’d usually come out & always did a great job no longer works there. A & H was selected by Johnson County Wastewater to install sump pumps in both sides of my duplex that I lease. They (Josh, project supervisor) approach the the whole project that lasted four days in a very professional manner. They explained the details in terms of what I and my tenants could understand. They were very sensitive to my tenants in scheduling and clean up. They set up plastic sheeting to reduce the dust from the jack hammering that was needed. Eric from A&H came to check out a furnace with excessive dog hair and filter that hadn’t been changed in a very long time by tenants. A previous furnace guy immediately started talking me into a new furnace. But Eric explained about cleaning coils, serviced the furnace, set me up on a plan to comeback when the weather was warmer to test the AC. I cannot speak for their qualty of work in the HVAC department but I will say that they are severely lacking in the plumbing department. No attention to detail or consideration of the owners wishes. It felt like the goal was to get everything thrown together as quickly as possible. I made the mistake of paying prior to being satisfied with my service. Micah performed preventive maintenance on my A/C (per this year's Planned Service Agreement) and replaced the condenser's capacitor. He patiently answered my multiple questions, corrected a previous technician's mistake involving the air filter, put considerable effort into cleaning crud out of the condenser. Plus my skittish cat even let Micah pet him.
