First they showed up hours late. Then the Owner literally threatened me for asking if they were going to show up. I just wanted to know so I could go back to work. Then without providing services took over $750.

They get 5 stars from me! Someone showed up right away when my air conditioning stopped working & the heat was unbearable! The tech was very professional & polite. He got right to work, found the problem & got my A/C running & blowing cold air within the hour. I will definitely be using them again!

Update, August 15,.2025 Our AC is 13 months old. As is our luck, we had an issue with the compressor. A & H completely honored our warranty, ordered the new compressor, promised it for 6 days out, then called to say it came in earlier than expected and scheduled us for the next morning early. All the technicians who have been here have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly, got the work done efficiently, and during the "diagnosis" process, tried several things that ended up proving it was indeed the compressor. Our home’s central air started acting up around 9 pm yesterday, July 21st. The weather the past few weeks has been brutally hot, so we obviously were very anxious to get it repaired ASAP. We had dealt with A and H previously, with good results, so we contacted them bright and early this morning. The folks that operate the answering service were professional and polite, and took down our contact information.
