Had them install a new condenser & evaporator in my home recently that’s had nothing but problems since and they have charged me every time it’s needed fixed even though it’s supposed to be covered by their warranty they offered. I’ve been told the regular experienced technician who’d usually come out & always did a great job no longer works there. Micah performed preventive maintenance on my A/C (per this year's Planned Service Agreement) and replaced the condenser's capacitor. He patiently answered my multiple questions, corrected a previous technician's mistake involving the air filter, put considerable effort into cleaning crud out of the condenser. Plus my skittish cat even let Micah pet him.

I've used A&H for years at my home and my rental house, from easy repairs to full A/C and sewer replacements. They are honest, timely, and transparent with their work, and are all around good people!

Company came highly recommended by a friend. I can see why. Bill's level of knowledge about the field is extensive and he provided good guidance about what would be best for my home's needs. Equipment ordered quickly, and installation went smoothly. I got two bids on replacement HVAC, and Bill's pricing was fair. Definitely recommend this company.
