Eric from A&H came to check out a furnace with excessive dog hair and filter that hadn’t been changed in a very long time by tenants. A previous furnace guy immediately started talking me into a new furnace. But Eric explained about cleaning coils, serviced the furnace, set me up on a plan to comeback when the weather was warmer to test the AC. Had them install a new condenser & evaporator in my home recently that’s had nothing but problems since and they have charged me every time it’s needed fixed even though it’s supposed to be covered by their warranty they offered. I’ve been told the regular experienced technician who’d usually come out & always did a great job no longer works there. I've used A&H for years at my home and my rental house, from easy repairs to full A/C and sewer replacements. They are honest, timely, and transparent with their work, and are all around good people!

I cannot speak for their qualty of work in the HVAC department but I will say that they are severely lacking in the plumbing department. No attention to detail or consideration of the owners wishes. It felt like the goal was to get everything thrown together as quickly as possible. I made the mistake of paying prior to being satisfied with my service. Had a malfuncioning laundry pump for 2 months. Took 3 men and 4 seperate trips to solve the problem. Also, my dryer hose was smashed and had holes in it that were duct taped an... read more
