I never experienced a company that doesn't include the service fee with the total price. This company wanted to charge me $600 to install a thermostat, although I didn't get it done, the technician still charged me $100 plus the service fee. He knew that wasn't right, but I paid it to get him out of my house. As soon as he left I had a company to install it for 175 dollars. Note: Please check around.
