They sent a technician out to fix a issue (not having hot water). Before the technician left he said the issue was fixed. The next day I have the same issue and their response was "We can send another technician out for $89 service fee" Whatever you do: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Total Scam!!
