I contacted Green Star to resolve excessive water use in my irrigation system. Green Star responded right away, analyzed the problem, gave me a quote and told me that as soon as I gave them a 50% deposit they would get back to me with the schedule for the repair. They shut the system down while they were at the home because of the water use. I expected Green Star to get back to me soon after the deposit was made.
