I slept on my neck wrong and experienced severe pain for a couple days because of it. Fred then gave me the first massage I've ever had and it was incredibly helpful. I am very active and was able to return to normal activity with no pain in a matter of days. I would highly recommend Fred to anyone looking for a great massage with lasting results.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I've had many. Fred was incredibly intuitive and skilled. He found knots I didn't know I had and applied just the right pressure throughout. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!
