Made a reservation for my Sweetie's birthday for a balloon ride. Received daily updates on our reservation from the company. Approximately 48 hrs before the trip my credit card was charged as per the company's policy. 12 hours before the scheduled lift off I was texted the trip had been canceled due to not enough people. No offers off any other available flights. Called the company but was unable to get a live person and my call went to voicemail. I was terrified to do this but it was not as scary as I thought!! Bill was a GREAT balloon pilot and made the experience so comfortable. Such beautiful views of Temecula and the surrounding areas. 10/10 would recommend!
A great experience! Rusty and his team really take care of their guests from start to finish. I would recommend this tour group to all.
This was one of the most fun experiences my best friends and I have ever had. A bucket list for me and it did not disappoint. Bill (our pilot) was the best. He had a great attitude and a great sense of humor. He made the experience even better! Totally worth it I would recommend everyone to experience it!
