Very professional and fun. Bill was a great, the entire experience was fun and safe. Highly recommend!
This was my first time on a hot air balloon ride and it was so fun . We went for my bf bday and it was so enjoyable . Great views atll the people were so friendly and we did a champagne toast afterwards. They took pics for us and we loved the experience 10/10! Bill was our pilot and he was funny and welcoming !

6:30 this morning we arrived at Bolero Winery where chief pilot Rusty described the mornings balloon adventure. There were 13 of us including a young couple from Russia. Rusty immediately put us all at ease and described the morning’s experience. We were shuttled in a private van to the departure site and watched as the skillful team inflated the balloon with 2 large fans and then a propane tank raising the gigantic balloon in all its glory with a four section wicker basket underneath. Staff was very responsive even before arrival, some confusion about attire was quickly answered by text. Our Pilot Bill was amazing, knowledgeable and comical. Very comforting, since our lives were in his hands. He provided a tour from above and answered all questions. The champagne toast and history of ballooning provided at the end was a classy touch. First time flying, so not much to compare to, but in my opinion this was top-notch. Thanks for a great experience!
