VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Please expect your student/kid to miss at least a class in a month as their support team will not send classroom zoom links to join. Sometimes when you join they will not accept thinking that its wrong student joining. This happened to me with both my kids and totally frustrating. They never miss to take automated payments. I'm thinking to cancel both my kids just because of poor customer support even though teachers do a great job there.

Grade ahead is very helpful for my daughter's state test , their vocabulary is very helpful with kids grade. Their teacher focuses on each student and I like their online homework. Teachers are very nice.

Agradeahead worked out for my elder kid who attended both online and in person classes but not for my little one. He joined during covid time and online classes were okay in the first year. But this year, I see teachers were changing every week for each subject and it is frustrating for the kid to understand their teaching pattern. Also, online homework from 2nd grade is not what I am looking for. Kid lost the practice of writing in paper and neat handwriting. The agradeahed now is not the one I liked before.
