I got a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress in 5 months it was a sagging lumpy mess. I went back to the store and followed the instructions Jennifer gave me. I paid 49 dollars plus tax for the man to come out and check it out. I got a full refund and this tim Jennifer guided me to a Sealy model with tempered springs and pillow top. I would have had it sooner but there was a mix up onthe phone call ( no big deal).. Jennifer was great to deal with , open honest and great customer service. Jennifer, Luke, and Shawn were all fantastic getting me exactly what I needed. Jennifer for staying after hours just to fill out the paperwork with me so I could have my bed the next day! Shawn for delivering and helping me load my frame! And Luke for being understanding of our mix up with the frame and helping me load it! You guys are the best, and I'll definitely be back!

Jennifer P helped us and was wonderful. She wasn't pushy or intrusive. She was kind and actually made shopping for a mattress a very positive experience. I highly recommend A Goodnight Sleep Store. It is the only place we will get a mattress from.

My wife and I went in to look at queen mattress sets...we really were not sure if we needed one but just wanted to try them out. What a wonderful experience...first let us say that the sales person "Christy Byrd" was extremely friendly, personable and yet not pushy or pressuring like those other no count mattress stores.
