They found a leak under my moms house and I paid them to repair it. Now water is leaking from her kitchen to her bathroom and her kitchen sink and everything caved in. I was told they messed something up, and I called him to come to fix it and her never showed up. Also won't answer or return my calls. I paid them $3000.
NOT GOOD! Over charged to tighten a valve, cut out a 6" piece of drywall and suggested a whole house re-pipe even though there is nothing wrong with the pipes. Left the 6" hole for which we had to pay someone else to repair. Then owner then promised to return our money as "that is not how I run my business". Not surprisingly, the money was never returned.
