I’ve dealt with this business before, both times with a gentleman named Rick. The process is straightforward. Rick examines each piece 👀 for hallmarks to separate 14k from 18k or .925 silver if it’s gold plated. They don’t take gold plated pieces. Sometimes he’s surprised me when he let me know something I had bought thinking it was 14k was not! He gives a rough estimate and then does some additional analysis to be sure. It’s all pretty friendly and conversational and at the end I receive a nice payout!
