We had an emergency at our house, a window pane just fell out leaving a opening in our house! Called this wonderful company as soon as they opened. By 11:00 this AM we had a repair man at our home. He was able to do a very good temporary repair and stopped the rain & wind from coming in. All this in the midst of the social distancing, Corona Virus situation. So grateful for such good service!
I had a broken window, brought it in and they took the broken glass out, smoothed the edges of the remaining glass in the frame so I could carry it without injuring myself. They went above and beyond my expectations in doing this! A week later, they had my glass and fixed it. The glass they used to replace the broken glass is better quality than the glass in the other side of the window. LOL It reduces street noise and it looks gorgeous. I can't be happier. I will be sure to recommend them in the future.
Poor customer service. Idiot employees that don't return my calls. Price for glass goes up every single time we call. I'm done with them and taking my business elsewhere!
I had my front room picture window replaced by A glass and they did a quick job and great price install. I read the negetive review below and read where he went to Home Depot and had some 8 dollar idiot help him. I realized then who the idiot was and his review was not valid.
Skip it. Serious lack of customer service. Does not sem to very knowledgable about glass Industries. Went in with manufacture tag of window that had measurements and manufacture information of window I needed replaced. They told me it was of no help to them and expected me to order something I was not sure about. Took same tag to Home Depot and the 8 dollar idiot there had me helped and happy in about 5 minutes.
