I contacted Jim, got a quote, and set up a time for window cleaning a few weeks in advance. When the day came, nobody showed up. No one ever contacted me to cancel or reschedule, and they never apologized for no-showing. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
Jim is the owner and operator and is an excellent window cleaner I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable trustworthy window cleaner!!!!
