Geoff Wells was friendly and helpful during my home appraisal. He was open to hearing about improvements made to the home that I hoped he would take into account. His appraisal figure came in just about what I expected...ie, no surprises. I would recommend.
Geoff Wells undervalued not one, but two properties of ours by over $100K causing one transaction to fall through and almost the second. Luckily we were able to find another lender and appraiser, who valued the property at the listing price. Our agent shared Geoff has a reputation locally of ruining many deals. Run far away.
