I have dealt with a tremendous number of contractors in this business - I never experienced the level of quality, integrity and amazing "can do" attitude that A General's team provides. Highly recommend - honestly, you may regret not retaining this outfit for your pipe work.
July 2nd before a holiday weekend phone call… professional, timely, no surcharge. Two service professionals came out, helped me diagnose the problem together (which I really appreciate, some would just tell you that you’re wrong), discussed in detail what needed to be done, and gave a reasonable price up front. No credit card surcharge. Needed to snake the pipe going out from the house to find a clog and they found it. They were quick, the job was clean, and the issue was fixed. I would call them again in a second.
Took a minute for them to get a tech to my home and communication was not always the best but when Woody arrived he did a quick and thorough job and did not charge us an exorbitant amount.
Called this AM - extremely prompt and professional response- highly recommend
Carl was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and clean. I could not have asked for better and will be recommending A-General to my friends and family.
