A couple months ago, I picked up a 45ft telescoping mast from A-Gem. Life did the life thing and I hadn't had a chance to put it up prior to yesterday. Opened up the tube, it was a 16ft mast ( 2 x8ft sections). They were closed yesterday so I fretted about it all day. Called them this morning and Allen apologized and immediately went and found the one that I was supposed to have. Got it exchanged, no fuss, just fantastic customer service. Thank you A-Gem! I will be back for all my electric needs.
