Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help my mom and her boyfriend diagnose the problem with my lamp and find a part that could bring it back to life. This isn’t just any lamp, it’s my favorite crafting lamp, and it’s been discontinued, so I was convinced I’d have to say goodbye to it. Allen helped trouble shoot a lamp that had a bad connector. He also soldered a connector on it and helped to get it working. The lamp had been discontinued and could not be replaced. I wish I could give him a 10 star rating. The customer service he offered is something you don't find anywhere. I have been in this shop numerous times and he has always been helpful and able to answer all my questions. He knows electronics and has anything you need.
I couldn't find certain fuses for speakers anywhere until I found this place. A lot of variety.
