When Emily (a real person!!!) answered the phone and was polite, professional and efficient, I knew I was in for a good experience. The guys came out, Emily sent a complete email estimate with choices, and after I made my selection, the job was done very quickly. They even checked out and oiled the other "working" door before they left and put the old parts into my recycle bin! No wonder they have all 5-star reviews!
