Called multiple times to make an appointment to get someone out to my home to look at my furnace. Was told I’d get a call back to be put on the schedule, this went on for 2 weeks, and the lady I spoke with kept saying the same thing. Had them install my furnace so I figured I’d have them back out. Guess my job wasn’t big Enough for them to be bothered.
