Only 1 attempt at using this place for repair of my Ryobi trimmer. Left a 15 month old Ryobi trimmer with them for about 5 weeks and checked in a few times to see when it would be done and never got a straight answer. Part of the problem is that Ryobi didn't have replacement parts so its not all on A and G. But A and G dissassembled the head on the unit to the point to where it would no longer work and could be reassembled. So essentially they took a working trimmer and made it unable to be used again. Had a Ryobi battery mower that literally went up in smoke. Contacted Ryobi for a warranty claim and they directed me to bring the mower to A & G Rental. Brought in the mower and they were able to get back to me a couple of days later saying the mower was beyond repair and that Ryobi would send out a new one. They asked me to follow up with them once the new mower arrived to make sure that I was all set. Appreciate these guys helping me out.
Had my mom's rototiller for over a year with no resolve. Went to pick up the rototiller and they said they lost the engine and only gave us the body back.
