I called for a clogged drain that was backing up the toilet, shower and sink in one bathroom. The other bathrooms were draining fine. I got a tech out very quickly, but that's where the good service ended. I explained the issue and he asked if we were on the sewer system or a septic system. As soon as I said septic, he said you need your tank cleaned out, nothing I can do. I paid the service call fee and went to Lowes and bought a power auger. We've used this company for plumbing problems & projects in Destin for a couple years. They have been here 4 times and each time they are on time, respectful, reasonable, and finish the jobs very quickly. I'd recommend them over any service company I've used in the area. I noticed a gushing buried pipe leak in the back of the house and called A&G. Tech Robert arrived in about 30 minutes, and he had the pipe fixed in about an hour. Literally, the whole problem was solved in less than two hours from when I noticed the leak. The price was extremely reasonable, too. Very good experience!
