I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with AG Davi Property Management, specifically regarding the conduct of their Director of Property Management, Nicole Cavallaro. Over the course of my tenancy, I have experienced consistently slow responses to maintenance and service requests, often waiting days without acknowledgment or resolution. More concerning is the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior displayed when following up on these issues. Instead of addressing tenant concerns constructively, Ms. Cavallaro ... read more

This company will nickel and dime you to the end. I would never recommend renting from them let alone anything else. "Family" run, old Monterey money and they just want more. They don't care about their tenants, only their income. Thank goodness they "ended" my 4 year stay at an old broken down house. I've moved on to a bigger and better house that I own!
