This company will nickel and dime you to the end. I would never recommend renting from them let alone anything else. "Family" run, old Monterey money and they just want more. They don't care about their tenants, only their income. Thank goodness they "ended" my 4 year stay at an old broken down house. I've moved on to a bigger and better house that I own!
Some of the most disappointing and frustrating management of properties I've ever encountered. Theresa White especially is awful. After continuous condescending remarks, maintenance workers making racist comments, the property being in shambles, lack of accountability for pest problems, making false accusations of tenants, and jacking up the price without fixing ongoing residential problems, I would rather live anywhere else than to deal with these people again. You should be ashamed of yourselves, if you have any at all.
I have told them about the parking problem we have where tenants would hog all the visitor parking, we even have a ford fusion that has been in the same spot for 3 months and another car and truck for more. There is only one spot that clears up once in a while but they just don’t care. I even told my manager and he said that he tried talking to you guys but just ignored

The company has been a family run business in the Monterey area for years and you can truly tell how much they care about their tenants and properties. Teresa White, at AG Davi, has been our property manager for two years. She is a wonderful PM as she really pays attention to details which is not only a protection for the owners but also to make sure all the rental laws for California are followed which protects the tenants. She gets to the point and will give you a straightforward answer if something comes up.
