I have told them about the parking problem we have where tenants would hog all the visitor parking, we even have a ford fusion that has been in the same spot for 3 months and another car and truck for more. There is only one spot that clears up once in a while but they just don’t care. I even told my manager and he said that he tried talking to you guys but just ignored

Teresa White, at AG Davi, has been our property manager for two years. She is a wonderful PM as she really pays attention to details which is not only a protection for the owners but also to make sure all the rental laws for California are followed which protects the tenants. She gets to the point and will give you a straightforward answer if something comes up.
