Nicole has always been very helpful. My wife locked herself outside of the apartment on a Sunday afternoon. It is urgent since she has the baby with her, and the baby needed to be feed soon. Nicole helped to go to the office to bring the backup keys. That is weekend, but Nicole helped without any hesitation.
These guys know what they’re doing and go the extra mile for their property owners. Thank you guys for the help.
Apparently parked in one of their parking spots by the office which is poorly lined. Came back 20 minutes later to a $60 ticket, which says there was a complaint. Thanks for the holiday treatment, jerks!
