Horrid over the phone service by very childlike staff. I called politely to ask one simplistic question and the employee was rude and made me act as if what I was asking was completely stupid. RIDICULOUS.
My wife and I went to look at a 2014 Chevrolet 4x4 pickup. The truck had a flat tire, a dead battery, dark brown motor oil, and brown transmission fluid. The under carriage and engine bay appeared to have been in a flood. My wife and I were looking at this truck for about an hour and not a single salesman took the effort to greet us. It also appears A&G “details” the vehicle interior by slathering silicone all over the inside without bothering to clean remove the grime, dirt and dust. This place is a joke. Bought a 15 PAX Express to replace our ageing E350. We had the Ford 9 years - If I ever need another large van I'll come here again. Owner/salesman knows his inventory and wasn't pushy or evasive. Definitely recommend!
