Plumbing Repairs – Was prompt, and communicated well in the beginning. He fixed a pipe at a rental property for me. Quoted $250 for the repairs. I went with him. I get an invoice from him for $775 for work he decided to do while he was at the property. Didn't call me for authorization for the extra work, just did it and sent a bill.
