RecommendedI can't say enough wonderful things about Jen and her staff. The shop is beautiful and clean. All of the people are friendly and truly care about what is best for each and every dog. They treat each dog's individual needs. It's not just a bath and a nail trim, it's a full spa day. Very similar experience as a previous comment on google. Was hoping this would be a great groomer for us as we just moved here after retiring from 23 years of military life. Have been to many groomers due to moves, and have never had an experience like this, in fact, we have always been friendly and on very good terms with our groomers, and always giving great tips for every service as we appreciate our dogs being taken care of. I don't know what I would do without Jen. She has been grooming Star for a couple years now. Even though Star is "naughty" Jen knows just how to deal with her and does an amazing grooming. Thanks Jen for your patience with my " little terror".🙂
Highly recommend A Furry Affair. I have a super nervous rescue named Snowflake for whom the world is such a scary place. I'd been having her groomed at the vet's office and wasn't sure I'd ever be able to have her groomed in a regular salon. Then I talked to Jen Batchelder and she put me right at ease. Snowflake has been groomed by Jen for a couple years now and while she is still nervous, it's nothing like when she first started.
