Peter is a very thorough and knowledgeable inspector. He communicated well re: the his findings, issues and recommendations for the home. Very easy to speak with, the inspection report was clear and concise. I highly recommend this company.

Peter helped with the general inspection on the house we want to purchase (a century old house). Very punctual, meticulous, and responsive to our questions. The final report is very detailed (over 70 pages) and includes useful maintenance tips and what to further check with the seller. We feel so much more prepared going into the transaction now.
