Peter was recommended to us by our inspector to do further forensic inspection on the property we were planning to buy. He specializes in intra-red and water intrusion inspections. It didn't come down to that as the contract fell apart, but we were amazed by Peter's expertise and the time he made himself available to discuss any concerns that came out of the inspection. He even reviewed the inspection report, builder's plans and explained where potential weaknesses can be in the house.
