Great service This really is a friendly car wash. They have a full service car wash, you can get a wash, wax and even vaccuum your car. The employees and very nice and work hard to clean your car perfectly. The wash prices are different according to what you want done. PROS: good service CONS: none

Negative star if possible! I ordered the 15.99 wash deal. Cashier said $23... which I questioned. She said sorry 'the attendant wrote it wrong', which I knew he didn't as I had looked at the receipt. Then she said $19+, I asked how $15.99 got to $19+/they up charge $2 for SUV. I did feel like she was out to charge me higher if she could get away with it. I stopped in for a quick car wash at 2:30 on 12/29/14. I know you are not supposed to leave anything valuable in the car, but I left my change holder in the car. When I left the car wash, I noticed my change holder rolling around and in a different position than it ALWAYS is. I picked it up and checked, sure enough they had stolen one dollar from me. Should be called UNfriendly Car Wash. I've gone to this place regularly for more than 15 years only because they are close to home. Today was my last vist; I will never go back. I caught one of their attendants using his hand to rub sand down into the carpet rather than vacuuming it, so I went straight to the owner to complain. Instead of apologizing and offering to have it vacuumed again, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that I must not understand how the car wash business works. I'm not really knowledgable about cars, washing procedures, etc. But my car was really dirty and I wanted the WORKS. All the way down to shampoo and wax/buff. I picked up my phone to call Friendly's, a man answered and I asked about rates. He was clearly agravated by my question and said with an angry tone of voice and an attitude "well it depends on what you want done, you tell me what you want, and then I can tell you how much it will cost" I apologized for bothering him and said I'd go to someone else.
